Out and back on the Bristol-Bath railway: really busy which was cool, unlike the weather! Get this Scotsman home before he melts!
Last 12 consecutive km <4:10, last 7<4:00 - finally feeling like a runner again :)

Chepic30. Oleg's revenge for the Highlander and fairly scuppering my slow and steady training build up.
A pretty grim struggle (for me) around the Arrochar Alps route, backwards. The advantage of doing it backwards was that the two new munros (for me) were the last two so there was more of an incentive to keep going. The birthday boy seemed to have fun and I've no doubt 5:15 on his feet will have done Coombs' marathon build up the world of good.
