Treadmill fun

10 minutes tempo (3:25/km)
2x(5x60s @ 3:45/km & 10%) off 30s for first set, 60s for second
10 minutes tempo (3:25/km)

The tempo was quite easy. The hill reps were ridiculously tough. I wanted to do steeper and slower but it turns out these treadmills only go up to 10. Good to find the limit though!

This run accidentally completes #RunEveryDay for October. Now 67 miles behind the 10/day target for the year. 11.1 miles a day for the rest of the year then...
