A not unexpected negative reaction to my first full track session in a couple of years. Inflammation around the inside of left ankle - classic track injury. Probably not helped by running in fat shoes. Also whiplash in my neck was worse today.
Jan summary: mad month. 328 miles so 18 ahead of schedule. But I had a bonus day when we crossed the date line, so maybe only 13 up. Four non-running days is a bit high but all were for good reasons - pleasing to hit targets regardless.
Feb will be mad again with travel and proper house move. Exciting too though!

OBS to the track, 2x(8x400) off 60(120) then shuffle home with T.
400s were ok, 67-68 for the first set and 68-69 for the second. Found pacing tricky as didn't have watch set up correctly so slightly overcooked it on the first set. Jibbered by the end!
