Long one over Ingleborough to Ribblehead then back along the side of Whernside. Planned to go all the way to N end of Whernside and back over the top but wasn't feeling too good so compromised with this route.

Ingleborough Mountain Race. Hector turned up. I beat him to the top, he caught me on the descent, we battled most of the way but he made a decisive move at the end. Good hard racing.
