Running 30:00 [3] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)

Testing out rib on the golf course and parking field. Still feeling it a bit.

Running 31:17 [3] 7.2 km (4:21 / km) +400m 3:24 / km

Creag Dhubh. Fairly dreadful race. Went out cautiously and felt ok until halfway up the steep bit when my ribs/chest tightened up and lost all energy. Felt fairly terrible from there to the end, although thanks to the narrow course I didn't get passed for the first half of the descent. That all changed on the run in to the field though.

Wednesday Jul 31 #

8 PM

Running 50:00 [3] 11.0 km (4:33 / km)
shoes: ASICS GT2000 #10 (blue)

Cut short long run.
I fell and slid down the hill on Ingleborough last weekend. The next day my ribs were a bit sore but not too bad. The last couple of days they've got a fair bit worse, to the point that every step of this run was uncomfortable.
Office to Angel, along the canal to Vicky Park and back. Tempoed a bit o. The return leg. Took the tube back from Angel.
