Went to practice, ran the warmup but it was hard. Hip wasnt to bad, it was mostly being sick, throat was hurting and it was hard to breathe and i was also very dizzy. I decided it was best to shut it down after the warmup

It felt hard, also because im sick now so it was hard to breathe.
Hip was hurting a little bit, got worse at 40min. Running in general was still hard to do.
Was sick, stuffed up, sore throat, tired, headaches etc.

Gym class, aproax 30min, did conditioning/strength as well as cardio, then hockey.

Thursday Sep 4

5x200 jog across field recovery.
Did one set, just to try to get back and see how things are.
Wasnt to bad, times were not good, hip was hurting after when i was done and was walking, and then on the grass strides.

Gym class, did some running, as well as lots of different strenth exercies and cardio. Not sure on exact time so estimated on 30min of activity

running, was going to do a workout, but decided to run straight.
I ended up running pretty hard, ran with LB which endedd up being pretty hard/ fast for me. Hip started hurting a little bit part way through, but wasnt to bad.

Once again, more of a rec swim at Oliver lake. I did swim out about 1/4 of the way again and then was out there for a while before swimming back in.

Swimming at oliver, more rec. but also swam fairly hard to around 1/4 of the lake and back.
