| Still have the injury from running from july, it comes when I run. It now is in both hips. Sometimes it shoots down into my left quad/knee. Lower back is also can become very painful at times. Sometimes the pain from the hip will wrap around into the butt too. Also my upper back is always sore and very tight. The odd time my tailbone will hurt a bit too.
