| Went to practice, ran the warmup but it was hard. Hip wasnt to bad, it was mostly being sick, throat was hurting and it was hard to breathe and i was also very dizzy. I decided it was best to shut it down after the warmup |

| went back to practice, to the long run.
It felt hard, also because im sick now so it was hard to breathe.
Hip was hurting a little bit, got worse at 40min. Running in general was still hard to do.
Was sick, stuffed up, sore throat, tired, headaches etc. |
