in toronto was at the gym, did abs arms and a bit of legs...swam a bit too, no idea the acutal time but im sure its no less than 30min

on the road with my xc... did hills and went into a bit of xc singletrack.

Still have the injury from running from july, it comes when I run. It now is in both hips. Sometimes it shoots down into my left quad/knee. Lower back is also can become very painful at times. Sometimes the pain from the hip will wrap around into the butt too. Also my upper back is always sore and very tight. The odd time my tailbone will hurt a bit too.
... its all connected?
