Saturday May 31

shoes: Rebok Premiers
Went for a run in my new shoes top of the range reboks bought them from pauls warehouse for $60 (wat a steal) they were only that cheap cuz their red but hey. After 3km my feet started to hurt and at about 5km mark i stoped and took my insole out. That made it alot better.
Note: I also picked up a pair of brooks beasts for about $100 so if ur in newcastle and you want new runners i would get over there

Cricket (Batting Practice) 1:10:00 [3]
Went to cricket practice tonight at an indoor centre in newcastle coached by Mark Curry (if anyone knows him). It was hard work my hole body hurts. I spent about 30min against bowlers (were some guy bowled one which hit underneath my hip bone(ouch)). Then 40min on the bowling machine. All in all it was fun.

Had a good run today 2 mistakes cost me though. There was only 6-7 minutes in them but it could have moved me up some places. i had fun it was a new map (i think) hopefully go back there soon as there was nice bush out there.

Went the full 90 as the only reserve we had was gone when a guy got injured we lost 3-2 but we were all over the other team a penalty was the difference.

We lost 8-1 (bad news) but the good news is that my coach said i played out of my skin. I was playing stopper but since we only had 10 players i was up at the front when the ball was up there and down at the back doing my proper role when the ball is there. So im stuffed but it was a QUALITY session.

Unsure of distance (about 4) but it was hard i went up this hill then there is this track that goes up and down theses creeks back down the other track and i did that twice

We actually train for 90 min but i the first 40 minutes or so is skills slow boring and means nothing. Then we do fitness and finish of with a game against the higher division team we drew 2 all (wooo)

I went for a ride in the bush today there is only sections of bush so i had to jump over roads to got from one section to another but it was mad fun on my new bike

I did about 15 min of stretches then i did the plank for a minute, the thing were you hold your leg in the air for a minute, 50 push ups, and 50 sit ups then another 15 minutes of stretching to finish off.

Saturday May 10

Soccer (vs. Maitland) 1:30:00 [4]
It was a tough match evenly contested we lost 4-3 but i we had alot of attacking ball we just couldnt find the back of the net. We spent the most of the first half 2 men down but 2 came at half time. I played left back and i played heaps good i managed to cut down alot of the ball and in the last 25min I was aloud to make some nice runs into our attacking zone (because the older men were tired) but then i had to sprint back onto my man. I obviously played hte full 90 min.

We one against our biggest rivals Toronto in a local darby 19 to 45. It was a very rough game. Im sorry josh no specky but i did take a mark inabout a 3 on 3 contest.

To prepare for tomorows game against lake munmorah we did lane work and goalkicking so after i take my spekky (Josh) tomorrow i can kick a goal it was fun and i cant wait to woop bum.

PS. All this afl is making me wish i played for my club im really lovin it

School sport we went out to play dodge ball cuz the techer was tired and couldnt be bothered organising (this is wat we always play with tired or sub teachers) im getting good at dodge ball although it made my arm ache i dont think i throw the ball right (wickies dont hav to throw)

ACHEIVMENT: my freind mat peged one at me from about 3 meteres and i managed to catch it REFLEXES!!!!!
