went with dad when he went to set courses and went for a mtb ride.

Saturday May 17

Soccer (vs Charlstown) 1:30:00 [5]
We lost 8-1 (bad news) but the good news is that my coach said i played out of my skin. I was playing stopper but since we only had 10 players i was up at the front when the ball was up there and down at the back doing my proper role when the ball is there. So im stuffed but it was a QUALITY session.

Some stretches while watching top gear. my main weakness is flexibility so i shoould do those sessions often.

I went for a ride this afternoon it was fun bring on mtb o in june.

Unsure of distance (about 4) but it was hard i went up this hill then there is this track that goes up and down theses creeks back down the other track and i did that twice

On yesty's bike ride i marked out a 900m loop in the local park.
My spilts for each km i was:

We actually train for 90 min but i the first 40 minutes or so is skills slow boring and means nothing. Then we do fitness and finish of with a game against the higher division team we drew 2 all (wooo)

Monday May 12

I went for a ride in the bush today there is only sections of bush so i had to jump over roads to got from one section to another but it was mad fun on my new bike

I did about 15 min of stretches then i did the plank for a minute, the thing were you hold your leg in the air for a minute, 50 push ups, and 50 sit ups then another 15 minutes of stretching to finish off.
