Took out the short mens in the Superseries 4 race at cessnock. Good race had fun. Could have got under the hour but a few mistakes cost me.

Went to find lisa's SI stick no lick then i for a bit of a ride around some tracks

Saturday May 31

shoes: Rebok Premiers
Went for a run in my new shoes top of the range reboks bought them from pauls warehouse for $60 (wat a steal) they were only that cheap cuz their red but hey. After 3km my feet started to hurt and at about 5km mark i stoped and took my insole out. That made it alot better.
Note: I also picked up a pair of brooks beasts for about $100 so if ur in newcastle and you want new runners i would get over there

Friday May 30

Cricket (Batting Practice) 1:10:00 [3]
Went to cricket practice tonight at an indoor centre in newcastle coached by Mark Curry (if anyone knows him). It was hard work my hole body hurts. I spent about 30min against bowlers (were some guy bowled one which hit underneath my hip bone(ouch)). Then 40min on the bowling machine. All in all it was fun.
