had a good run today. Didnt make too many mistakes i only made 3 and they were all minor.
Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

Did some strectching and ran back along the inroad for a little while. I did the same again when i got in.

well i didnt actually finish this course as i miss punched on two controls (2 and 6 ). I made alot of early misakes too butform 7 onwards i was right nailing most of the controls
Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Did stretches and ran to the start didnt warm down though cuz i was angry for mispunching.

Thursday Jun 5

Good run felt great but the track was flooded which slowed me down but it was fun.

Note: Was gonna do hills but ran out of light

This was just one of 3 games we lost this one but this was the only game i really did much in. I caught 2 people from like 2m away (hehehe) and at one stage there was just me and one other guy against like 5 people and we managed to get it back to even lpayers but then it all fell apart. That was a quality game though. I spent alot of time running getting balls from my end and taking them to 1/2 way line to get the others out but it didnt work very well as i cant throw straight( so pretty much i hit the odd guy when i throw one straight). Anyways it was loads of fun and i was exausted at the end.

did some strength exersises and some stretches short but ay
Couldnt do much else as it rained allday
