Orienteering race (Killingworth Duo) 44:39 [4] 4.5 km (9:55 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel

Had a good run. Dont think it was that hard a course.

MTBO race (Killingworth Duo) 1:39:09 [5] 15.0 km (9.1 kph)

That was Awesome and i am the medium Killingworth Duo champion

It was good fun to get out there an get dirty although i think i could have gone heaps faster in the dry. I stacked with about 600m to go when i was flinging down a hill and my brakes failed. I also think that our most senior members of the NSW junior squad should lead by example and MAN UP

Did 4 little courses but you had to read ur descriptions as there were decoy controls

Did this little course were we were only suposed to use or compass. It was too thick though.

Orienteering (Terrain Running) 20:00 [3]

Darvo went through terrain running with us again.

Limbering up (5 before 10 after) 15:00 [1]

A 1 km jog to the event plus a little warm down at the end

We had a free period so we played handball in the quad. We play in teams of 3 and each team has 3 squares in a row. With a gap in the middle. The person who makes a mistake gets out and in this case we played the team with a player left at the end wins a point It was first to 20 with a two point lead (like say tennis) my team one 30-28 and by that time we were all stuffed as u do a far bit of running and the heat from the concrete was extreme.

MTB 40:00 [4]

Had a solid hit out on my mtb it was great i tryed to go at race pace to see how id go this weekend. I thought i rode well trough technical sections as combined fitness and the fact im now spinning a much higher cadence in the bush i felt as though i was flying.
