Felt pretty good but going up some of the hills near the end I could feel my legs burning from them being tried from yesterday's Armidale All Schools Athletics Carnival. Our School definatley knows when to hold its events. hehe. It was meant to be a 6km run but I measured it on google earth as 6.5. I am interested in seeing how well I can do when I'm not still recovering. | ||

| Ran every 2nd hill with a friend from cross country, did 5 x 190m hill sprints with 14m climb times were:
44, 42, 43, 44, 37 Pushed it really hard on the last one to try and get a good time, had about 4min rest in between them while timing my friend but a bit more on the last one because I missed my friends 9th to do the 10th so we could finish up together and also had a bit longer cause he wasn't feeling very good. I am puuting intensity 4 cause I was no way near as bad off as he was afterwards. Not sure if this makes much sense, but if you understand it then cool. | ||

Missed the first 2, just, then made the next jumped I then fouled out at 1.52 but the other person made it through, he then fouled out at 1.54 so it would have been interesting to see what would have happened had i not just ran 400m. | ||

Was nearly put in the 4x100m relay but managed to get out of it cause of my cramp and great skills. | ||

There was a lot of climb, but I'm not sure exactly how much. | ||
