Soccer 1:20:00 [4]
shoes: Total 90 Soccer boots
Didn't have any subs but i think we were lucky just to get the full 11 cause one of our players was away and the another dislocated his knee yesterday, ouch!
Had a 4 all draw but were winning 4-1 at half time, they switched to a really good keeper and all our good chances got stuffed up by someone falling over or something. I scored the first goal and had 2 assists.
C • u think ur lucky 1

Running race (Cross Country) 19:42 [4] 5 km (3:56 / km) vdot: 50.7
shoes: New Balance
I started out at a fairly easy, but still speedy pace because i knew i would need a fair bit of energy for the 1km uphill stretch. I decided to push my self a fair bit on the uphill because I knew I would be able to somewhat rest up on the downhill after it. I have a friend who is a really good runner and has been beating me easily for a couple of years and I had him close which me to help me push harder. I ended up beating him by nearly 15sec which was the first time in a long time. It will be interesting to see how we go compared to each other later in the season because he had no training over the holidays and I had a fair bit, Its good to know how I am going that well for the first run of the season because it was a 45 second pb for the course and I know I will be able to improve on that even if I did find those last km really hard.
C • Cross Country race 13

Another lot of guessing because my lift came just a little into the run.

shoes: New Balance
Armidale Vs. Kempsey

Basketball (REP) 1:12:00 [4]
shoes: New Balance
Armidale Vs. Bellinger
92 to 51
Our best game of the weekend. I think we got the highest win over this team then any of the others that have beaten them.
Walk/Jog/Stretch warm up/down 40:00 [1]
shoes: New Balance
Note
I shortened the times of my basketball games cause i felt like i may have been cheating a bit because i was subbed for a little bit, but i'm not exactly sure how long. so i've taken off about 20 minutes from each game, i think that might include the half times, time outs, quarter times and maybe some subbing.
