Note
School Athletics Carnival
School Sport race (Athletics Carnival) 2:31 [4] 0.8 km (3:09 / km)
shoes: New Balance
Senior Age Division. 4th. Had an awful start with people running in front of me cause the curve was wrong but ended up being able to over take most of them in the first 100m but had to go out a few lanes. oh well still was fairly happy with it.
School Sport (Athletics Carnival) 30 [3]
shoes: Spikes
U16's Long Jump, came here straight after the 800m and came 3rd. Jumped 4.70m
School Sport race (Athletics Carnival) 5:21 [3] 1.5 km (3:34 / km)
shoes: New Balance
Won the Senior Boys, but got beaten by a friend in the Juniors who I helped get his record, blocked the wind for him for the first km then let him take off. I don't think my cheering for him from behind would have helped much in my run though.
School Sport (Athletics Carnival) 3 [1]
shoes: New Balance
U16's Discus. Did pretty aweful throws (only one actually counted) got 16m something not sure what I came, I think also having the heavier bigger discus made my technique a bit faulty.
School Sport race (Athletics Carnival) 27 [3] 0.2 km (2:15 / km)
shoes: Spikes
U16's 200m. Came third and just did it for the sake of trying to get a fair few events in and seeing what type if time I could get, owww i just got a really really painful cramp. but anyway it was fun.
School Sport race (Athletics Carnival) 1:03 [4] 0.4 km (2:37 / km)
shoes: Spikes
Senior Boys, came 3rd, then had to run off to High Jump.
School Sport (Athletics) 1:00 [3]
shoes: Spikes
U16's High Jump. jumped 1.30m before my 400m then when i'd finished and got back they were up to 1.50m with only one person made it, they asked if I wanted to put it back to 1.40m but I thought that might just take more out of me so I decided to come straight back in. Missed the first 2, just, then made the next jumped I then fouled out at 1.52 but the other person made it through, he then fouled out at 1.54 so it would have been interesting to see what would have happened had i not just ran 400m.
School Sport race (Athletics Carnival) 2:21 [3] 0.4 km (5:52 / km)
shoes: New Balance
Open 400m walk, came 2nd even though we were trying to dead heat, Sort of regretted doing it afterwoulds though cause my legs were burning.
School Sport (Athletics Carnival) 1 [3]
shoes: New Balance
U16's Shot Putt, had one throw then ran off to do the 3000m, it was a fairly bad throw and I didn't bother staying around to get the distance or ask someone to get it for me.
School Sport race (Athletics Carnival) 13:16 [3] 3 km (4:25 / km)
shoes: New Balance
Open 300m. Me and a friend took it fairly easily and was trying to use it as a cool down. We won it by a heap (was going to say mile then thought well it wasn't that far, hehe) and I got annoyed with doing the walk because I had a cramp the whole way (I was sort of limping) and it flaired up in the last 20m.

Was nearly put in the 4x100m relay but managed to get out of it cause of my cramp and great skills.
Walk/Jog/Stretch warm up/down (Athletics Carnival) 20:00 [3]
shoes: New Balance
Note
I was annoyed that I missed the triple jump which i'd swear i didn't hear being called and which they had during the tug-o-war

Sunday May 4

Cycling (To Orienteering) 43:00 [3] 13.5 km (3:11 / km)
shoes: Mountain Bike
Probably didn't help my orienteering but I spose it was good training anyway.
Orienteering race (Club Event) 1:06:00 [4]*** 6.1 km (10:49 / km)
shoes: $40 O'Shoes
Fairly hard course with really hard to read contours making me stuff up my #4 pretty bad, otherwise I had an alright run (and walk up loads of the hills cause I was fairly tired), didn't really spike any controls though, but I must say I think it would have been fairly hard to with some lack of contour, runnability and rock/rocky ground detail. There was a lot of climb, but I'm not sure exactly how much.
Cycling (From Orienteering) 37:00 [3] 13.5 km (2:44 / km)
shoes: Mountain Bike
Pretty much road the whole way back in the hardest gear I could until I got to the big hill up to my house and when I changed gears there my chain fell off.
Walk/Jog/Stretch warm up/down 15:00 [1]
shoes: New Balance
