Soccer 1:30:00 [4]
shoes: Total 90 Soccer boots
An unlucky game today. Lost 3-1. Only 9 of our players turned up so we were 2 short. Had many unlucky attacks and defences as well. Felt like some calls didn't quite go our way but oh well, that happens. Hopefully we will have a full team next time.

Friday May 30

School Sport race (Cross Country) 27:14 [4]6.5 km (4:11 / km)
shoes: New Balance
School Cross Country out at the Pine Forest. Won my age easily but got beaten by two of the 17+. Felt pretty good but going up some of the hills near the end I could feel my legs burning from them being tried from yesterday's Armidale All Schools Athletics Carnival. Our School definatley knows when to hold its events. hehe. It was meant to be a 6km run but I measured it on google earth as 6.5. I am interested in seeing how well I can do when I'm not still recovering.

Thursday May 29

Running race 2:23 [5]0.8 km (2:59 / km)
shoes: Spikes
This was a 6 sec pb and nearly a 10sec grass pb
Running race 11:59 [5]3 km (4:00 / km) vdot: 47.9
shoes: New Balance
This was probably on an intensity 5 because I was nearly spewing up afterwards, I am fairly happy with the time and now I can Improve on that a fair bit
Running race 5:32 [3]1.5 km (3:41 / km) vdot: 48.6
shoes: New Balance
I felt better after this then before it, maybe because it loosened my muscles
Running race 1:03 [5]0.4 km (2:37 / km)
shoes: Spikes
Equal PB even after a hard day of other events, but as usual with 400m I was stuffed after it and all my muscles tightened up
Soccer 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: New Balance
Found out I was able to kick the ball a heap further or maybe harder and faster then I remember, I am happy with the way I pulled up after the athletics carnival
Kung Fu 1:00:00 [3]

Running hills 3:45 [4]0.95 km (3:57 / km) +70m 2:53 / km
shoes: New Balance
Ran every 2nd hill with a friend from cross country, did 5 x 190m hill sprints with 14m climb times were:
44, 42, 43, 44, 37

Pushed it really hard on the last one to try and get a good time, had about 4min rest in between them while timing my friend but a bit more on the last one because I missed my friends 9th to do the 10th so we could finish up together and also had a bit longer cause he wasn't feeling very good. I am puuting intensity 4 cause I was no way near as bad off as he was afterwards.

Not sure if this makes much sense, but if you understand it then cool.
Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]
shoes: New Balance
This sort of includes some recovery as it was a job back and also I ran half of the last one and lots of small things that are to many to really make sense of typing them up
Basketball (Men's A Grade) 40:00 [3]
shoes: New Balance
Only had 3 of our proper team but had 2 filling in. I think I scored at least 9 points although I should have gotten more with all my really bad lay ups. Versed a team with at least three 6ft 5 players and others over 6ft. Lost by 11 but got to within 5 with 1min to go but they started cherry picking cause they could with their height.

Sunday May 25

Basketball (REP) 1:10:00 [3]
shoes: New Balance
Versed Coffs and won, nearly by 30 points
Basketball (REP) 1:15:00 [3]
shoes: New Balance
Lost to Tamworth but only started getting beaten in the last quarter, with our big man out with a cramp.
