Soccer 1:15:00 [3]
slept:830.0 shoes: Total 90 Soccer boots
Won 4-0. I scored one off a header. I think i'm also nearly better from being sick, not quite but enough to say i've recovered on attackpoint. Lets hope I don't jinx myself.
Kung Fu (Workshop) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: New Balance
Strength and Conditioning, Etc. (Medicine Ball) 25:00 [4]
Dad and I did some work with a medicine ball, stuff like throwing it to each other and seeing how far we could throw it. Got pretty tiring.

Friday Jun 13

Running race (Regoinal Cross Country) 24:50 [4]6 km (4:08 / km) +100m 3:49 / km
(sick) shoes: New Balance
A bit disappointed with this one in that I have been sick for a week and was sick today as well. Came 8th meaning i'm 2nd reserve. The person who came one in front of me beat me by less 50m. I know him cause he lives here in Armidale and does Cross Country on Wednesdays when I do and the last time we both did the 5km course I nearly beat him by 2min. Maybe he wasn't giving it his all then, he's improve alot quickly or me being sick all week disadvantaged me alot, maybe a mix of all three. Didn't really feel like I was really running well until the last 1 and a bit km downhill which I decided to just see if I could catch 8th (I was in 10th) who was about 100-200m ahead of me give or take. Got him and had to sprint a bit at the end to make sure he couldn't get me. The winner ran 20:37 and I think he may have one nationals last yeah or something. Ran 12:09 first 3km.
C • Don't beat yourself up abou... 3
Running warm up/down 30:00 [3]
(sick) shoes: New Balance
Started doing my Warm Up on and off starting 2 houts before. I was trying to get stuff out of my throut by doing some sprints and stuff. Slightly successful, but made my mouth really dry and didn't quite get it all out. I think I may have tired myself out a bit because my legs were a bit tired when I started running the course. Maybe not used to it after a week of basically nothing.

shoes: New Balance

Monday Jun 9

Note
slept:9.0 (sick) (rest day)
Starting to taper off for Regional Cross Country this Friday, and also recovering a bit from a bit of a cold or something.

Sunday Jun 8

Running tempo (Arbouretumn Laps) 20:00 [4]3.3 km (6:04 / km)
slept:12.0 shoes: New Balance
Did 3x2laps with 2 fast runs/nearly sprints per lap, Not sure of the splits for each one cause I kept messing up my timing. My recoveries were about 1-3min not absolutely sure though. My lengths for each 'sprint' were about 100m but on my last 2 laps I increased the fast parts, therefore also decreasing my rest. Felt Good.
Strength and Conditioning, Etc. 20:00 [2]
Getting into shape, hehe.
