Friday Apr 18

running (beep test) 20:00 [5] 1.5 km (13:20 / km)

got to 11.1 before being stopped. The aim was to get to 90% or the top 10% for my age

Thursday Apr 17

Orienteering (park O relays) 20:00 [5]* 4 km (5:00 / km)
(injured) shoes: Robs Joggers
A park O relay at Maitland park was a great time for my triumphant return to orienteering after a long 2 day break.
C • team tosser 19
Orienteering (Sprint) 38:00 [4]* 5.6 km (6:47 / km) +100m 6:14 / km
(injured) shoes: Robs Joggers
Walka Waterworks brought fast runnable terrain for an intense course. Unfortunatly a 5 minute error was the main difference between me and Kaz Gregory who seems to be doing mighty well at the monment. must check fences on the map before spending 5 minutes getting to the other side

Tuesday Apr 15

Orienteering intervals 6:16 [5] 1 km (6:16 / km)
shoes: O shoes
Short sharp intervals in the bush. Unfortunately i injured myself on the first interval and was out for 2 days

Monday Apr 14

Orienteering (technical work in pairs) 1:00:00 [3]*** 5 km (12:00 / km) +100m 10:55 / km
shoes: O shoes
The first day of the 5 day long NSW junior squad camp started with a pairs activity. The aim of the activity was to get us planning our legs. The intensity was fair but the main aim was for technical technical training.

Sunday Apr 13

Orienteering race 1:15 [4] 5.4 km (14 / km) +225m 11 / km
shoes: O shoes
Was going well until an absolute fluff up which put me entirely out of the running. Must work on exit direction. especially when running down hills.
