i ran around the pinnacle for a while, it was so hard to find places to go. funs. tried to go harder up the hills, esp. this big one. i ran the whole way up buut felt like i wasn't moving. sooo hard to get motivated enough to go out it was F R E E Z I N G with a double ZZZZZZZZZZZ. no stitch!!! had a croissant before :) | ||

[later] mm this was a pretty solid run! no mistakes but a few midemenours can't spell really hesitant esp. numero 3. and took a dodge as route choice to six. vagued around on that one but it was fine. and when i was going up that hill to the last control, my legs went KAPOW and wouldn't go! like concrete hurty cramp. lol. but yeah i was pretty happy. belindahhh overtook me on..one of them..7? and lachy on 8 that's alllll. i'm exhausted. and my muscles are really sore. spec. tendon in back of left kneeble. legoman legoman legoman | ||

| yay, a great turn out for bl training today including LDTB! who looked lovely with her new hair.
and LACHNESS returned from his travels. wowow. i just divided the 40mins by three for each bit, because not sure how long we actually ran for. this was a jog, with geoff olleeee and lachy up front, setting another cracking pace :P was feeeeling gooood. no stitch!!! wowow such a relief. | ||

yep with coach grant as cox on his bike, yelling instructions (lol can't ever imagine coach grant yelling) we pushed the paceee down the hill and a bit of flat. forgot to add some other stuff from the other bits so: 1. george is a machine. 2. i suck at slight inclines 3. i am v slow at reading maps and running! (isn't that the point of orienteering?!?!) 4. no stitch yeyayayayay. and we ran back to the cars. school was alright, pretty tired cos i've given up sleeping. | ||

| STITCH TRIAL
failed :( i took 4 X bricanyl thingomajig puffo thingos and got stitch. but i noticed breathing was heaps easier :) anyway, i was very unimaginative and ran down my street in a straight line for 12 minutes then back for 13 to get back to my house..not too bad cos it's all downhill the way there and uphill the way back. good! sluggish in the middle and stitch on the way out but i felt like i kept going on the way home, esp. on the hill (slight incline :P) and i ended up at jamo (now renamed elegantly "jamison plaza" and looks all snazzy. yep and day was ok, had a taco :) (hungrrrrrrrrrrrrry now) | ||

| when i woke up it was pitchblack!! and so i thought to myself
"i'm not running in the pitch black freezing cold rain!" so i didn't. but then i had to run sometime, cos of a)inspired by miss jones (running everyday) b) gotta get that $2 from joshwa :P so i came home from school and went straight out. freezing! well i warmed up at the end (i was wearing my running thermal and all! distance from gmaps pedometer thingo but i think i got the route wrong. can't really member. and nasty owie stitch :( at first i felt really good, all bouncy, but it didn't eventuate. felt really heavy in the tummy and lost motivation to go fast in the middle. the start and the end were pretty ok though. really have to remember to take my asthma medication sooner or later..feeling wheezy. i have a theory that it relates to stitch... school was okk..realised i probably should have done some homework in the holidays... brr! it's so cold..in this housee. | ||

| after a "race preparation" training exercise (thanks to coach grant :) ) i set off on a rambling run through the remembrance park countryside.
really it was pretty good, apart from a silly mistake on the long leg 9 - 10. got muxed up with all the intersecting tracks and powerlines.. fast until number 8 - 9 when the legs started getting longer and uphiller. then s l o w. tired towards the end. but fun! thanks olle, grand courses! esp. all the short legs. that was fun! | ||

i resolved to do intervals even though i don't like them... so i warmed up and stretched. then i started doing them, and only got up to 5 minutes when my stitch got so bad i couldn't run! or walk! it was sooo owwww. so i walked back to the gateothingo. | ||

| so then i stood around for ages stretching and stuff until the stitch got better enough to think about running. and i decided i'd just do a 30minute easy run.
but then i set off and it was soo stitchy! and i got to a downhill bit and i couldn't run down it because it hurt too much so i walked. then i did one hill interval to the right. then walked to the bottom. then one to the left, but had to walk up half. then kept jogging for a while and then walked home. gaaah. don't know whether to stay in running stuff and try again later...hmmm. in other news, it's so warm today that it's practically summer!! and the wattle is out. i smelt it :) (cept it gives asthma/hayfever which = bad) | ||

i rang the hairdresser intending to book a haircut later in the week but my hairdresser was all booked out apart from 2pm today! so i went and woo i have new hair!! very exciting :P though it's approximately the same as the last time i got it cut..though that was in january. my stitch went away, fiiiinally. tummy was sore to touch for a whileee. i have work in an hour :( start at 5:30pm. gahhh. oh well $$. | ||

woohoo i was getting withdrawal symptoms!! anyway, i'll long everything going backwards from today. i was bored and the weather was nice so i decided on a long run! i went through cook to the bike track and ran down it to the lake! and along the lake until 45minutes was up, which coincided with the intersection of parkes way and clunies ross whatever. felt stitchy and owie for quite a while and my hip popped out or something and went oww!! but once i got to the lake i felt heaps better. was so nice running along there :) then walked a bit further, to sullivans creek. | ||

felt pretty good (actually extrememley good because of the dobinsons i had, theory holding true) except for after when my chest hurt when i breaathed. but it's okkkkkish now. and goodness me, i almost did the splits when we stopped to stretch!! in other news!! SAM RICHARD CUT HIS HAIR OFF!!!! i was shocked. GRANT BLUETT IS A POLICEMAN!!! that was shocking too. i have always assumed that he was an environmental scientist :P | ||

parent teacher interviews tonight, it was terrifying!! but luckily my maths and chem teachers weren't there :) english was good, german was extragood and music suckeddd. well my test did :( and my psych teacher was sick and absent. decided i'm going to get through this last bit of school and try not to fail anything, then get training again in the holidays :) | ||
