i'm going to do a makeup lesson for ballet but i'll get up and goo to yarralumla bays soooon.

so ran to her house, got stitch and yuckies felt slow.

this also includes us running down to the oval. there was a gap in between.

so at the oval, she ran home and i did half spaghetti intervals - felt so exhausted!! no no no energy. trying twice as hard as usual and going half as fast i bet. at the end i thought i'd be sick but i wasn't.

thought i'd try my hand at hills but a fail. felt so dizzy and exhausted after one that i just walked/jogged back to erin's house!

exams started.

i finished my childrens book at 1am, then studied psych until 3am, then slept till 6:45am and went to school. studied psych in the library until 10:45am then went and sat the exam which was AWESOME have decided that cramming is the way for me. then went straight from that to german where i had the funniest oral exam ever. was so tired just kept talking about how my brother was bad at cooking except he could make lemon souffle.

then i handed in some shiz and bussed home. watched some of bowling for columbine and had an hour sleep.

now i'm going to singing, then i'm going to come home and study maths.

did an easy warm up loop around "forest track" or whatevs. then a hard loop in the other direction. didn't go as hard as i wanted to. felt so so so so sick.
the we ran up the hill (yuck) and then down (even yucker) and back. was a bit dizzy as well.

went home and was sick. later felt better.

my training is going to be sooo dodge this week, i had german and music today, got my last thing due for music tomorrow and then another german thing and chem thing on wednesday PLUS my childrens picture book due wednesday then psychology on thurs, maths on fri and chem on monday. but then i'm DONE with a capital DONE. yayahHH!

anyway tonight i'm doing my english thing, studying german, psych and chem!

a kind of active rest day cos i had to study and such.

was planning on going to the NSW thing but due to circumstances out of my control (grrr)

anyway, briskly walked to the shops and bought strawberry chewing gum because i was feeling housebound. and it was so warm!!!

then later on nen drove us to kingston markets and then to manuka then to weston park where we ran around lots.

jordan (friend) was working at the cafe we went to in manuka! poor him, he crashed into somebodies headlight and has to pay copious amounts of money so he's working like a crazy person. looked tired : (

and then went home and went to work like a crazy person myself. fun though!! no managers : ) and chef made me chippies. because i bet him a chip that the food that he was serving was for table sixteen! and it was :D

then i went home and revised germanic for exam.

it's later now! mm it was a good run! think i had a home-ground advantage though :P

just had to visualise where i was running to then run.

the running was the main limiting factor, tried my hardest though. as soon as i started pretty much breathing was hard and my legs got tired pretty quickly. still pleased with how it went! and afterwards chilled with the homies.

was feeling heaps better when i woke up, forehead cool! and i actually felt quite collected.

when i got up i got a bit dizzy and headhurtie but i'm a bit better again now. still bit congested.

hopefully better tomorrow! pinnaclee woooo!

p.s. painting the pictures for my childrens book this afternoon!! it's actually a bit difficult :(

i just slept from when it was light to when it was dark.

had the most distressing dream though;;;

my family and i were at our best friends house (if a family can have a best friend) for christmas eve. and all these randoms kept coming and leaving presents under the tree.

and my aunts kept quizzing me about fashion and stuff and i started to get boiliiing hot, and there was hot air coming from everywhere (heater, fire etc) and i thought i was going to explode from overheating. and my clothes were getting all tight around my neck and stuff and bleargh!!

then i woke up and i really was boiling! fevery and weird. so i cried out until someone brought me a glass of water...

my head is still boiiling. eurgh.

this was really un intense.

screwed up one and seven. number one was too low (i was too high) and number seven i vagued around for no particular reason and lost direction and focus.

running wise, it was sloww which was good cos i felt gross. my tummy hurties and my head and my sinus. if sinuses can hurties. :( feel bleargh

was originally going to do six but my legs felt so weak and they seemed harder than usual! my first theory was that i'm getting sick, my second that i was running them faster than i used to but then i figured out when my legs got wobbly that i hadn't eaten since lunch! which wasn't very much anyway cos there was a concert on.

so yeah.

it was so warm, practically temperate. first time running at night without a thermal or pulli.

and the sky was all colourful!! josh!!! there was a pavlova shaped cloud :D

plus i had to perform in music and i felt like a train had hit me!! does anybody else get that feeling? anyway so that was a bit meh, couldn't be bothered trying...

yay! i'm glad i went out.

was doing nothing so once again dragged brother out, but this time made him run first.

we did the tiny loop thing i rode yesterday and he ran it in 12:38 today. as opposed to 13:12 yesterday so maybe i yelled at him more effectively :D

just moseyed along.

horrible horrible horrible> but intense pain so intensity 5.

this was the most ouchie run EVER> seriously, i don't think my muscles have ever been so painful ever! (while running)

patheticcc really, not sure why it was so bad.

but feeling sick and awful..everything hurts! like the roof of my mouth..

i started out harder than usual, because i wanted a hardish run, but then i got to the first hill and i turned to concrete! unmovable concrete.

then the rest of it was just ow and i couldn't get my breathing under control the whole time. maybe i'm getting sick...

(also, like 1090348543092384 blood noses already today)

anyway, it's over with now. moderation day, woo!!

plus a sprint course in john knight park for fuun.

it was goood, calves a bit hurty. not sure why seeing as i haven't done much for ageees

oh and my eyes were blurry, i couldn't really read the map!! i had to squint heaps...
not good.

but fun, and great to see everyone!!

it's ok parents, george and i were prepared for the worst, we discussed leaving notes, and our fave tactic for if i met a scary man was "look ugly!!"

anyway it was good fun, and somehow so liberating to run in the dark! i ran pretty hard because i wanted to get home without dramas. short but sweet!

but i took out my timer to see how long i'd been and i ran into a soaking bush!! it rained alll over me.

was intending for 20 - 40 min run in the pinnacle.

plodded along till 8:13 then got kiiiller stitch so i walked for a bit and somehow mucked up my timing device (i.e. brothers crazy watch)

then ran a bit more, walked a bit more....ran some more..probably walked more.
then ran the last bit.

apart from stitch, it was very ploddy and slow and muscle dead ness.
probs a bit tired..hope i'm not getting sick cos i feel esp. gross, headache and stuff..

but the weather is so nice!! i'm so tempted to wear shorts.
but my mother will probably chastise me. seems to be the thing to to atm!!

sorry joshuaaaa. although i guess it means you get to keep your $2 :P

after school i had to go pick up my friends baby brother from childcare then take him to her house then i was meant to go to singing but i got screwed up so i didn't get home until...dark and late (now) and it's pourrring and i'm exhausted + huge purple shadows!!! lol glad i'm not entering a beauty pageant today! wouldn't go very well.

and i was going to go to bed v soon but then my friends called up and they're coming over! hope they're not expecting a party...
