started of well then got slower and tireder and drifted a bit off in direction. don't know why i was so much comparatively slower than last week...

grrr so frickin annoying
went out with simon on his kona to do hills so he could time me
but he screwed it all up
plus it was dark like straight away and i had no contacts in so i couldn't see ANYTHING
so what could have been a good session was really sucky

went for a run with simon...he said he was going to take it slow and we did for a bit...then he started to go a bit faster so i did too. felt a bit sick about half way round and he pwned me on the downhills with his crazy long legs. but i pwned him back on the uphills :) finished maybe a minute before him in the end.
stomach was in knots on the big hill but i felt sooo much faster and better than ever before on that hill.

now feel a bit sick.

went to erin's house after school (woo p's are still awesomeness in a tin) and went on her exercise bike.
lucky she doesn't mind seeing me all sweaty :P

also we had raspberry smoothie and i made raspberry icecream with raspberries and icecream :)

now going to do ALL hmwrk so weekend = moderate freedom :)

think i've probably slept enough now

it was raining a bit when i started but when i got to my turn around point there was the hugest thunder and it started to pour and hail and gale.

i got soaked
and freezing!!

lol and when i was like 2 houses away from mine the clouds went away and it was all sunny!!

errrgh

good little run though..no stitch and felt pretty energetic..cept when it was freezing and my muscles didn't really want to move..

just went for an easy run around the pinnacle

took quite a bit of willpower to get out but wasn't too bad once i got running

had to walk down one hill grrr stitch ow on downhills..

had the best adventure last night involving cheerios a friend with p's and regatta point....
