mm awful. awefully awful.

i started off fine, got to my attackpoint for one but then didn't look at the detail! and control descriptions and such and so wasted quite a bit of time! gahh that was silly. then two was good, nicely executed plan. but i mucked up 3 and 4 and 5 and 7.

3 - this was the worst. i got to the track in the right spot fine, then crossed it and somehow ended up too low (i think) and i wasted sooo much time! gahh. so finally went back to a big gully and tried again. and got it.

4 - i was super annoyed about 3, but i got to the right spot fine, but then just didn't concentrate at the end bit! and so i got into the wrong gully then for no reason crossed a big green gully and fell over and landed on my knee! which hurt for a bit but got better quickish :) anyway, then i found it. grrrr. need to cross check more and stay focused right until the control!

5 - urr just drifted off into the vague vagueness with no real plan (find the fence then find the control) anyway out of lucky luck i found this track in a saddle and then hopped into a green gully and followed it to the fence. from there i almost mistaked in the control circle again but realised. sheeesh.

6 - was good.

7 - grrr this was terrible...dunno how i missed it but pretty sure i ran straight past it..or maybe i came in too high the first time. anyway, it was bad.

8 - run run run to the watercourse.

a fun run at 'wild deer sands'!

pretty much all good! really slow on the first 2 though, didn't want to get lost. but i didn't! haha hurrah. on number 3 my plan changed slightly but no matter. ahhh i hate RB!! gahhhhh! jeeez i'm so cranky. but keeping on going with the course, number 4 was good, saw george, but she's a speed machine so she kept powering along. 5, 6, 7, 8 were good. 9 was a bit slow when i got to the control circle, didn't expect there to be lots of erosion! and ten was slowish too cos i didn't want to screw it up. 11 --> finish chute.

physically it was prettyyyyyy good no owies today, esp. not knee which is nice! after 9 i started to feel sick though, maybe i should have had more breakfast...

anyway, fun day, good times!

no training today, unless you count standing for like 2 hours and singing carmina burana! it was intense, and pretty awesome. standing ovation =)

my right leg is killliiing. the quad and calf and all the ankley tendons.

anyway, going to go to sleepybyes because tomorrow is a bigg day. well actually it's smaller cos we're going towards the winter solstice, yes?

p.s. ate too much icecream today.

decided i'd try and run it in 13min - faiiiiiil. but it was still good, i just started feeling heavy around halfway.

my right quad is wayy more sore than my left! it's pretty hurties :(

my cold has kind of almost gone away.

the dentist put a needle in my mouth and so my mouth was numb for this run. yuckyyy.

BL training at radford, what an intense map!!

lol i pretty much just ran because i couldn't figure out which leg of the intervals we were on:

4 X O intervals
650m, 750m, 850m, 900m

my knee didn't hurt at all!! it was really fun. should probably navigate. but oh welll.

warm up around radfordy for about 10 minutes, not sure, and by the way all the info on the training is made up, i have nooo idea.

round the oval 3 times with george, kinda like a warm down, the first was yuckky and the other two were good!

owww lol the plank i'm such a wuss. feeling ook now, nice and burny,

IN OTHER NEWS today i am extra flexy! kind of almost in the splits, like compared to a month ago, yayy.

yesterday i had a headache and was all stuffed up in the head, this morning i woke up with a cracker sore throat. i feel much better than last night though :D

8 X 250m, 2km, 80 laps.

kinda guessed about time, i think i went at 8:32 and got out at 21:21? lol my brain is a bit bad at maths now.

it was good, i actually pushed pretty hard, after the first set which was a killer!

knee good apart from pushing off the ends.

in other news: epic fail at school this week. dodge day, tomorrow will be better : )
