i hadn't decided where i was going to go when i started but thought i'd go for about an hour... so i ran down springvale, down coulter, along william hovell to glenlock interchange, up caswell drive, along banjalong, into barada via a funny park, and around gundara twice..because i wanted to visit my friend but i still had 6 minutes to go until 1 hour!! which is funny cos i pretty much sprinted there cos i thought i'd run out of time :P it was pretty windy, but most of it felt pretty good! coulter was funn, then i kind of skirted around the edge of mt painter, HEAPS of fences! i should learn to jump over them. so that was really annoying, and then i didn't really want to run too close to the road, for fear of getting squashed, so i was running in kind of dodge long grass for a bit. then i wove across the road, across a new bit which was probably out of bounds and turned towards aranda. then i ran along an embankment for a while, then there was a killer hill! ahhh lol but i'm so happy i ran up the whole thing. umm then it was just around the streets for a while. and yeah. stretched in my friends park for a bit. and went to her house and saw the cool mirror that we got for our other friends birthday and are decorating currently. looks prettyyyy. NOTE distance is not rightttt i just measured it on that dodge google maps pedometer thing. so nooo i did not run fast. | ||

pretty much just running home from erin's at about the same pace as the whole run. so not really a warm down. and i stretched a little when i got home. probs should have done more. my dinosaur back is beginning to feel a little sore... shower time! woo deserved the hot water today :P | ||

barre centre grand allegro really hard because it was advanced two!! i didn't get many of the exercises right. but i tried so it's okk. | ||

| i made two mistakes! one on number 2, i was close and then i didn't have a proper attackpoint so i stuffed up the last little bit and had to relocate. don't know what got into me. and the other one i think number 7 was about the same. was pretty off.
i felt really hesitant and dodge. not confident at all. i felt like i was out there for ages!! i must have run reallyyy slow cos everyone else was wayy faster. gahhh. | ||

i feel like i didn't push very hard..but it also felt heaps easier than last time i did the same thing! 4 X up and down the pinnacle. run hard up, walk halfish down, jog the rest. i was initially planning to do 5 - 8 reps but the impending dark came swiftly. and a really cold wind came on the third one. decided i'd trial my dobinsons theory :) holding true so far :P i had a spinach and fetta triangle :) yum yum yum. what else can i tell you? pretty okay day. lalalala. | ||

| blehhh.
i was intending a run but i had dentistry again and i had two injections and my whole face is numby!! apart from my eyes, nose and forehead. and some of the right side. but it's silly and gross. and didn't feel like running with a numby face. yuck yuck yuck. but i have a theory that the cold water shower thing works because my leggies aren't sore at all today. choir later, don't see how i'm going to be able to sing though. plus i have major hunger!! gahh. | ||

figured out the secret. eat something from dobinsons before your run and it will make you feel awesome!! no stitch at alllll. yayyy. ran up from south oval and around botanic gardens (very nice!) and then back out the gate, and up a hill in black mountain! it was good, apart from the hill. jeez i'm terrible at hills. my quads killed. gahh more practise necessary. but all in all vvv fun and sorry lachness for bailing on your night-o!! | ||

| i'm at school on attackpoint! lol i finally got my laptop connected to the internet at school.
pretty much i'm going to fail school, so no training today. plus it's raining and i'm exhausted. hmm homework: Chemistry - problems sheet Maths - catch up with all the exercises Music - composition DUE TODAY extremo ahh but pretty sure i'm going to forfeit the 5% and try and make it really good so that it doesn't mean heaps. cos atm i'm a bit screwed. German - write my oral thank goodness my teacher is nice - she gave me an extension because my partner went back to the netherlands. Psych - major experimental thingo English - oral okkk not too stressed now. oh yeah this is meant to be about training. um yeah. not today. | ||

feeling awful! jeeez i am never not sleeping enough ever again! lol i always seem to get nauseous and blehhh. plus never eating as much neapolitan icecream again. probs contributed. anyway it was actually quite fun once i warmed up, got stuck in quite a lot of green though. scored 260 i think. and! i'm actually going to get a watch with numbers and buttons instead of my swatch, with no distinctions for time. clocks and time pieces lalalala. tired!! anyway the navigation was pretty great, don't know why i couldn't do it yesterday. | ||
