Running (technical difficulties) 30:00 [2]

was intending for 20 - 40 min run in the pinnacle.

plodded along till 8:13 then got kiiiller stitch so i walked for a bit and somehow mucked up my timing device (i.e. brothers crazy watch)

then ran a bit more, walked a bit more....ran some more..probably walked more.
then ran the last bit.

apart from stitch, it was very ploddy and slow and muscle dead ness.
probs a bit tired..hope i'm not getting sick cos i feel esp. gross, headache and stuff..

but the weather is so nice!! i'm so tempted to wear shorts.
but my mother will probably chastise me. seems to be the thing to to atm!!

crunches - 30 X 2, 40 X 1
wobble board - 4 mins each foot

the wobble board made my R hip hurt and my L calf hurt! lol don't know if that's good. going to stretch now.

this was pretty intense for ballet,, lots of grand allegro.

but we had a big stretch in the middle.

sorry joshuaaaa. although i guess it means you get to keep your $2 :P

after school i had to go pick up my friends baby brother from childcare then take him to her house then i was meant to go to singing but i got screwed up so i didn't get home until...dark and late (now) and it's pourrring and i'm exhausted + huge purple shadows!!! lol glad i'm not entering a beauty pageant today! wouldn't go very well.

and i was going to go to bed v soon but then my friends called up and they're coming over! hope they're not expecting a party...

found a new niceo hill!

time includes six times up and 5 times down.

ran hard up! walked half down then jogged.

felt sluggish cept the first one :P muscles werent sore though!!

the warm down was more painful than the hills!
sore sore.

and there were some freaky deaks on the track doing something a bit sketchy looking with flammable liquid. it had a hazard warning on it.

i gave them a disapproving look as i ran past and they laughed at me!

then a meeting at vazdog's housee to discuss stuff. and george and i climbed a tree!

borrowed my brothers watch but he wussed out after 3mins :P but to his defense, he had gone for a 40 min run this morning.

a "thirty minute easy run" :P
i ran around the pinnacle for a while, it was so hard to find places to go.
funs.
tried to go harder up the hills, esp. this big one. i ran the whole way up buut felt like i wasn't moving.

sooo hard to get motivated enough to go out it was

F R E E Z I N G with a double ZZZZZZZZZZZ.

no stitch!!! had a croissant before :)
