i feel like i've been hit by a train.
really.

my shoulder is killing!! it's crazy. plus did anyone see if i hit my head on the pole as well cos the side of my face is bruised..

bleargh. feeling horrible. lyfs hektix.

joggiiin along. singing a song!! actually no songs were sung. this warm up was pretty fast! ran with ldtb and belinda.

OLLE! Encephalopathy is disease of the brain! so it totally would have been a great excuse for getting changed in the disabled bathroom :P
Running (around the lakee) 30:00 [3]

went bridge to bridge, cept we stopped before the second bridgee.
just joggin along, felt pretty good.

the soft ground was so hard to run on!!
oh and my hamstrings got a bit sore.

also!! does anybody get sore hips from/when running?

mine are ouchies :( and usually the day after as welll.

snuck out to do a spot of night running...

it's ok parents, george and i were prepared for the worst, we discussed leaving notes, and our fave tactic for if i met a scary man was "look ugly!!"

anyway it was good fun, and somehow so liberating to run in the dark! i ran pretty hard because i wanted to get home without dramas. short but sweet!

but i took out my timer to see how long i'd been and i ran into a soaking bush!! it rained alll over me.
