was in newcastle so ran from bar beach to merewether baths nd back had to do laps of a few bits and some stair runs ....(didnt want to loose mum coz it was dark nd she had the car keys) then ran up the hill at bar beach to strezlecki!!! (how do u spell that one?) nd back to the car

wasnt really feeling like a run it was to cold but went and got wet (again..!!!) half way round... just a smallish one round Caves beach tried to beat the storm but failed miserably..

Newcastle cross country was just down the road.. was extremely steep and muddy... wasnt feeling good at all.. so was very hard work .

managed to find a break in the rain think it lasted 5 minutes at the most so then rained the rest of the way round. just went round caves beach. got the distance off the streeto map so hopefully its right..considered going along the beach until i saw wat the swell and tide were doing. (not nice) but was still a good run

50 minute spin class followed by a 10 minute stretch.. some tracks were hard going but felt fairly good..

decided to bail half way round found it pretty hard going after the week and in the rain (control card completey disintergrated) regret decision to bail now ( knew that would happen)

Beep test had to make 80 or 90th percentile for my age got slightly confused think i dropped out in between at 8.4 maybe.. no idea on time

series of drills both agaility (using the ladders) and strength.. running with weights. as warm down to beep test.

team Jozza was in action again in a park relay where each team member ran 4 legs each pretty tough going in the wind but still fun... we came third. (times and distances are my legs only all combined.)

camp champs.. did the short and took it pretty slow after yesterdays 'incident' if thats what we could call it.. felt pretty good though think i ended up third

Tuesday Apr 15

2nd day of training camp terrain intervals racing against another member of the squad. wasnt having a good day at all was slightly headachy nd dizzy but all good .. dont know exact times but would hav neen unday an hour for all put together .. not including rests in between.

two small map memory courses ... about 15 minutes rest inbetween though as we sat down not realising that we had to do both .
orienteering race 17:00 [3] 2 km (8:30 / km)
short score course had to remember the letters on top of the control stands for all controls. (again time nd distance approx really dont hav that much idea) nice fun way to break up the days activities :)

recovery from the weekends state leagues. course with em concentrating on making a plan for legs and sticking to it.... 5 km is rough estimation of lenght not really all that sure.
