so exhausted dont know why ....
was gonna do some pilates today but didnt quite get round to it (lazy i know) but made sausage rolls for mums party instead :S
going to try and make myself do it in the morning...

aghhhh frustrating day
brain turned to mush when trying to study .. had to get out but had only just had lunch so runnign didnt go down to well
did run bits but was pathetic and not worthy of its own logging
just a yucky day ...with study and the whole uni thing and a certain person (not mentioning any names) and 'klye' being a pain

went to wash dads/my car today ....had to get him to get rid of a big spider ...only to find while i was washing it that the whole car is infested with little baby spiders.....
but no training today ..ankle kinda sore after yesterday ???!

bit of a run round kincumber with a map at the come and try orienteering thing on today run by the council..
ankle went pretty well ...didnt have any strapping or guard on it was still pretty cautious though

wasnt thinking enough about the navigating ... was stressing about the ankle... found most of the controls i did alright.... but ankle was slipping all over the place to chickened out ....(i know its lame) but really didnt want to be making it anyworse for next week

had to give back our locker keys yesterday at school :( and got out sign out sheets that the library and accounts office and stuff hav to sign to say we can leave:D so so exciting

went for a walk with my daddy :D
went south so treated the ankle to some semi rough ish ground
stopped and stared at the water for a while ........ swell was HUGE!! at pinny beach ... waves were hitting the cliff and reaching all the way to the top .... twas crazy

think it will be the last one unless it stops improving ...
he didnt really do ,much though just put the little electrical tingley thing on it for ages then pushed it ways i thought it shouldnt go then strapped it up again

only 10 mins this morning... didnt have the ankle taped so wore the ankle guard instead .... it pushed on the swelling nd hurted but thicker socks should fix that

have sat at school for an extra 3 gours yesterday an today doing the RSA course..... god its boring... RCG next week not looking foward to it

i ran :D wel... if u saw it i dont think u would hav called it running (looked extremely unco and hobblish) was so so slow but i guess u get that
went down to swansea were its flat and theres nice smooth bike path and wide roads...
dont know what else to say ... just gonna keep icing it and hope it holds up alright

tried on some more formal shoes today ....... mmmmmmmmmmm lets just say it was .. interesting ... and woulda looked realy good with all the strapping tape .. and the bruising thats stil in my toes :D

busy busy afternoon
got home did 1 hr of home work ... then got ready then left again ... went to tutoring dont think barry was to happy .. left early and told him i would most likeyly be late for the next 2 week :S
then went out for dinner with my tutor group :D fungure the other day that as tutor group rep should organise some sort of out of school gathering :D was heaps heaps good though ... except the sleezy/ creepy waiter that kept trying to make jokes and crack onto people .. then drove my self home and went to bed..
long story short didnt really get round to much today ankle wise

said hed let me know if i could try a little run on the weekend (he said only 1km but guess u gotta start somewhere) but also said it is progressing pretty well
