pretty dodge wanted to do a longer one but was feeling shocking so ended up cutting it short .. not to happy

stretch after run and push ups 20, 15, 10, 5 ( still extremely bad at these i hav absolutely no upperbody strength.

VERY leisurely ride with mum and her friend ... (its their weekly catchup)
got some really really freaky leach/wormy thing on my leg !!! wasnt nice.
was all pretty slow and easy till the last few km's on the way home which were pretty steep.

thought i'd tell everyone .... whilst advoiding study for my english assessment to day i went to visit mum (who was working in the computer room a whole 10m away from me! ) nd we watched WHALES out the window !!!! yay first ones for the season :)

damn daniel possibly spoiling all attempt at training today by bringing home krispy kreme donuts ....mmmmm (the voucher he had was running out so he just had to go buy them )

getting in touch with me spiritual side ;) watching sunrise on the beach (very earlly wake up but was def worth it if i knew how i would put a pic up here but dont think i can )...meditating (aka sleeping .... its their fault they told us to bring slleping bags nd pillows to the hall ) we also did face painting and played with clay :) and ate ALOT ... food was giving tocal a run for its money..... apart fromn the cornyness of some parts was actually really god and as the teachers said its the last time were gonna get to go away with that many friends...

absolute shocker !!! was going real slow to start with nd then to top it all of screwed up 8 completely ended up near 5 ???? think i just headed off in the wrong direction .. not happy at all

Blue course yew ... had to take me cousin around ... was all going fine till all of a sudden he decided to run nd by run i mean he is one of those little annoying kids at cross country that shoot past nd dont get tired. was pretty fun ... he asked his mum in the car after if he can go again !! i musnt have been to bad with him

Newcastle cross country at rathmines ... felt real good on way out dont know wat happened no way back though ..
was thinking of going for a bike ride when i got home but instead went to watch my boys play soccer they won 4 -2 but was slightly boring (nearlly a punch up but not quite) and FREEZING cold who the hell plays soccer at 5:30 ... but anyways

RAIN again.....!! scary thunder and it got dark really earlly so figured it was best to stay inside and improvise
stretches nd sit ups nd mum went and brought "perfect push ups" (form of torture she puts herself through at the gym and thought she would like to share it with us...) they hurt even more than normal ones but are supposedly real good

tutoring night... so im sitting at mums office waiting for dad to come and freaking out about my PD/H/PE assessment that i have on thursday .!! if any one has any ideas on how to evaluate a resistance training program for volleyball (that we dont actually see until on the day) im open for suggestions feel free to assist....
and in injury news had a bit of an incident during english today... went to close my folder ( a massive 4 ringed one) and my pinky finger got caught!!! it really really hurted me and it even bled... no one seemed to hav any sympathy?? ha ha wonder why stupid me who gets there finger stuck in folders??

heard from a good source that we actually started on the highest point of the map!!!
again felt it pretty hard to get moving in the cold ... enjoyed the course though only one biggish mistake. opted out of crawling through the tunnel in one of the mine shafts after hearing a guy fall over (the short cut didnt help on my course any way) and the novelty of having to jump into pits to reach the controls then having to climb back out wore off pretty quick.
and it didnt snow like it was predicted to !!!

found the first half in the steep rock really tough going but once i got out into the more open felt a bit better.. no major mistcakes fust a few smaller ones

again still in sydney pretty full on day of shopping ...... task was to try nd get in early nd find me a formal dress ....... turns out we didnt get me one but instead got mum one......... still not sure how that one works .... didnt get home till late nd was very tired so again not training aghh!!

left pretty much straight from school to go to sydney so didnt get to train.. gitrls weekend saw billy elliot so good ... some freaky 40 yr old man also tried to chat me up in the middle of sydney.....(note mum or my aunts offered to jump in nd save me ).... twas quite freaky

ride to blacksmiths, pelican and home mostly roads but some of road stuff (yes josh my bike has been off road!!!) hurt quite a bit .... was really windy also whic didnt help much .. not exactly happy with the amout of training this week damn school
