went for a ride with my daddy :D (im getting a bit over running hopefully sue starts again next week .. its good coz its a bit of a break from running but a real good work out)

was a fairly gentle ride once you get out of the hills of caves beach ... lost him when we hit the hills on the way back home though ..(had to stand outside in the cold and wait for him coz he had the key = not so fun)

run with alex all round caves beach .... realised that theres and alexander street in caves beach ... attempted to do i little loopy thing but ran us down a dead end street ..oops! (to make it even better it was the dodgy part of caves beach :S) was good fun ... dont think the distance takes into account the little paths we had to run on to get between streets but meh its pretty close

wasnt going to go but then it stopped raining so i bolted out the door before it ould start again. was so so so cold and windy tried to stay in and around houses to try and block the wind... i failed it was coming straight off the water and was freezing!!

got in trouble when i got home off mum .. no one had been home when i left and i had forgotten to leave a note.. apparently all the evidence (open books on the floor , shoes on the floor, keys on the table (was actually only my locker key coz the door key was tied to my shoe lace), and i had accidentally left the front door unlocked) pointed to the idea that i had been kidnapped of somthing ... oooops

hmmmm take out the stupid stupid 7 minute mistake on the first control and the blonde moment at number 2 (confused myself with the number of the control 64 and 94 ) think im going crazy (mum rekons there is to much other stuff on my brain at the moment.) .. and we might be getting better


were good courses though but very physically tough .. if i hav had a better run i would have liked it alot more...

really wasnt feeling the run thing tonight .. had a crummy day at school ..and just wanted to curl up in front of the heater..
mum dropped me in swansea and i ran back ... did feel very good running today (mars bar muffin comfort food possibly didnt help either .. ) but i gues it was just one of those days.. that i seem to be having more and more of lol

p.s alex leaves for the snow tonight ... he he only child for the weekend :p sort of

'perfect push ups' nd some stuff with oner of those rubber bandy thingies (while staring at maths formulas that are stuck to my wall ... nerd much??)bailed on the sit ups coz the abs were already sore from the push ups

didnt want to have to think so put the ipod in and went straight out and back ...along caves beach road..
plan was to go harder on the way back ..but turns out i had the wind behind me on the way out (probs why it felt so easy) and then was running into it all the way home ... (thought the time woulda been better than what it was

1. had the car today so when i was driving home saw a guy sitting on the corner with a bottle of what looked like metho and smoking ... so got mum to walk to the corner with me .... he was still there then when i cam back i was al relieved to find he wasnt then but then ...... got round the corner and he was walking down the street ..
2. some freaky green p platers that tooted the horn when i went past ..

went for a walk after a bit of a 'discussion' last night over what i would be doing today .. mum said nothing but i wont be able to do anything tomor coz of school nd tutoring nd everything..
she decided to come with me .. just went to the end of the beach nd back .. water looked sooooo clear and calm .. shame about the wind though

Friday Jul 18

Riding 1:15:00 [2] 22.5 km (3:20 / km)
was going to go this morning but mum wanted to come to .. so waited till she got home
lt turned into a bit of an adventure (yes josh i went off road)
went out to blackies and then out round the point at swansea got to one point where we had to cross the water .. was only a few meters wide but came up to the the pedals .. after a little discussion ... i didnt think the path on the otherside went anywhere but mum assured me it wouldnt be a path if it didnt lead to somewhere ..
so we crossed the water (little fishies swam away from my wheels) and went along the path for a bit semi riding semi falling off the bike then after a while it disapeared so we had to turn back around and go through the water again !! mum wanted me to say how hardcore she must be !! :P
was fun but didnt work as hard as i wanted to coz it was heaps windy ..(one of those days where no matter which way ur going ur always going into the wind!!)

didnt get round to training today but am completely exhausted any way
left home at 7:30 this morning and got back at 5 drove most of the way to sydney then caught the train .. dont like it in the city!! but found my dress:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
then headed back to tuggerah to do more shopping
surely that counts as some sort of endurance training im buggered

in other news still keen for the amputation of my left leg!! any one know any good surgeons ....... not really but it is annoying the hell outta me

state league only one mistake heading off in the wrong direction from a track junction
found it pretty hard going both my fitness and gettting the scrubby yuck stuff

got stuck in the fence ... ripped my shirt .. and tights another time i actually got down and crawled through a hole in the botom of the fence

felt like i was running really well to start .. then screwed up number 3 so sorta lost it after that and then screwed up 9 as well eeeeekkk

ooo also got attacked by a dog .... it came sprinting toward me growling but the owner was to busy yelling at the other dog that they didnt actually realise
