physio this morning before school .... he turned up this morning wish he didnt it hurts now.... he 'massaged' my bruises :( then made me see if i could jump on 2 feet.... it didnt like that ..
more ultrasound and he taped it again for me ..

was kinda lame in that i couldnt do much ... wasnt allowed out of the saddle so had to sorta do my own thing ... ankle felt good though

at this stage thinks it would be dumb of me to run on it at NSW long distance champs :(

Event: NSW Middle Distance Champs

think it was only round 20 mins that i lasted.... did the ankle on the way to 4 .. hobbled & sobbed my way to 5 where mr charlton looked at it .. possibly swore?? nd told me to stop... found my self a nice rock to catch some rays on :D

was a heaps good class only like 9 of us in there so the bikes were in a circle ... went disco style for the last few tracks :D lights out with disco lights spinning he he
tried to work harder than normal legs were burnig for most of it but good :D

pretty sure i got absolutly slaughtered in the multiple choice in my PE exam .... not happy jan !!
the only easy Q in the whole thing was
continuous training, interval training and circuit training are all examples of
a) Aerobic training
b) flexibility training
c) strength training
d) warm up/cool down training

teachers werent all that happy with alot of the Q's though ... there was one where all the possible answers werent true????

had its ups and downs
1 was heaps slow trying to get into the whole lack of tracks thing then pulled up a gully to early think i thought it wasnt the right one but stuffed around anyway???
next 6 were good then i think the lack of sleep the sore feet nd the not much breakfast thing caught up with me ...
took i think it was 10 and 15 heaps slow... coz they were in the green and wasnt in the moood to stuff around in there lol

pathetic... got up earlly to go ... i dont do well on the whole run before breakfast thing .. but it made my pancakes taste even better when i finished :D
beach looked so nice this morning though ... big waves with the spray blowing off the top !!..... was so tempting to just stop at the lookout and watch .. but i struggled on

not to sure bout this distance ?? thats what the internet said but i was watching the numbers on the path to and though it came to more ...
ran at warners bay this morning while mum and her friend were on there weekly bike ride :p wanted to go for an hour but had to turn around earlier when they passed me on there way back coz mum had to go to work ... wind coming off the lake was extremely icy and hard work running into it
was good though :)

alex came witth me so went south from home into the bush
may hav accidentally taken us the wrong way :D ooooops but ended up where we needed to be anyway with just a slight detour
went over the hill and down to the creek into the wallarah national park then round crossed the creek again to pinny beach then back up the 'coastal walk' and along the 'pebble path home'
felt alot steepere than it usually does today .
timing was good maths study was sending me crazy and now the weather is going yucky ... timed it good

took alot of convincing from mum that a run would actually make me feel better than what i was..
was rather slow.. went through the car park at the beach down to the other car park at the north end round the duck pond past mia's house past the good hot chip shop back along caves beach road then ducked out along the 'pebble path' (stinky point was rather stinky today ) to the bridge then back home

was completely exhausted today so settled for a nice walk along the beach to empty the head.
ended up running the length of the beach but it was fair pathetic and i didnt think it was worthy of its own session. bailed at the last creek before the end and came back. beach looked soooooo nice was almost tempted to get in??!

actually felt like pushing myself on the bike today so it was kinda annoying to find that all the couples were out on their sunday walks and rides and like taking up the whole path.... even the couple that was riding their bikes and had matching tubigrip thingies on their right calves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
also noted today that passing someoneelse on a bike going over the bridge is slightly squishy and scary and... scuba divers look funny when the pop up ander the bridge!!

turns out a guy got shot in swansea last night ... and me and dad rode past the house that the guy got arrested in and they found heaps of weapons in !!! gotta love swansea rats
