| team Jozza was in action again in a park relay where each team member ran 4 legs each pretty tough going in the wind but still fun... we came third. (times and distances are my legs only all combined.) |

| camp champs.. did the short and took it pretty slow after yesterdays 'incident' if thats what we could call it.. felt pretty good though think i ended up third |

| 2nd day of training camp terrain intervals racing against another member of the squad. wasnt having a good day at all was slightly headachy nd dizzy but all good .. dont know exact times but would hav neen unday an hour for all put together .. not including rests in between. |
