was thinking of going for a bike ride when i got home but instead went to watch my boys play soccer they won 4 -2 but was slightly boring (nearlly a punch up but not quite) and FREEZING cold who the hell plays soccer at 5:30 ... but anyways | ||

stretches nd sit ups nd mum went and brought "perfect push ups" (form of torture she puts herself through at the gym and thought she would like to share it with us...) they hurt even more than normal ones but are supposedly real good | ||

| tutoring night... so im sitting at mums office waiting for dad to come and freaking out about my PD/H/PE assessment that i have on thursday .!! if any one has any ideas on how to evaluate a resistance training program for volleyball (that we dont actually see until on the day) im open for suggestions feel free to assist....
and in injury news had a bit of an incident during english today... went to close my folder ( a massive 4 ringed one) and my pinky finger got caught!!! it really really hurted me and it even bled... no one seemed to hav any sympathy?? ha ha wonder why stupid me who gets there finger stuck in folders?? | ||

Ophir Diggings heard from a good source that we actually started on the highest point of the map!!! again felt it pretty hard to get moving in the cold ... enjoyed the course though only one biggish mistake. opted out of crawling through the tunnel in one of the mine shafts after hearing a guy fall over (the short cut didnt help on my course any way) and the novelty of having to jump into pits to reach the controls then having to climb back out wore off pretty quick. and it didnt snow like it was predicted to !!! | ||
