Event: Hunter Region Schools Championships
 
orienteering race 36:07 [5]3.3 km (10:57 / km)
mass screw up on one control ... went from 7 to almost 10 in some real confusing tracks just didnt check the directiong i should hav been going in
but apart from that felt pretty good
orienteering race 42:36 [4]
45 minute score course
was extremely tough to get going on this one and probably not very good route choice .. some big hills at the begining hurt alot (plus two mistakes didnt really help)
Running warm up/down 10:00 [1]
bit of advice can of sunkist and then warm down dont go to well together

run with josh round redhead with an old streeto map had to stop a few times silly calves and because im ALOT less fit than him
was good for me though ... dont think he got anything out of it
