Saturday Jul 12

orienteering intervals (relays) 55:00 [5]
4 sprint loops round bloomfield park
got stuck in the fence ... ripped my shirt .. and tights another time i actually got down and crawled through a hole in the botom of the fence
(sure it was a very funny sight)
team jozza didnt exist :(
was with rob dont know what we came but sorry rob

warm up = jog and ladder drils
warm down = jog ..footy .. and getting a control

Friday Jul 11

felt like i was running really well to start .. then screwed up number 3 so sorta lost it after that and then screwed up 9 as well eeeeekkk

5 x 30 sec efforts on the bike for robs experiment
some very intense lactic acid build up in the legs
luckily i was in the water team so didnt hav to drink any glucose :D

Thursday Jul 10

em injured so didnt run much
picked up huon and let him join us b/c he had no partner so shared to round
had a pretty GNARLY party control at one stage .. also picked up olle coz rob ran off with the others
was pretty fun

3 loops all crossing the creek managed to stay dry on one of them !!
pretty dissapointed how slow i was moving on these .
hair decided it wanted to get attatched to the blackberries when i was crossing the creek to = not fun ;)

Wednesday Jul 9

was paired up with michele for 3 relocation legs had to take her to a spot where she had to work out where we were and got us to the control
she did good !

again with michele let her look at the map for a while tell me her plan then took the map back and she led us to the controls
p.s she is quite speedy

had to get cut short so last loop we split the controls betwen the team i only had to get the heaps close one thanks again ha ha

Event: NSW Junior Squad Training Camp

walk with mum to get the legs moving again before the camp (more aerobically challenging than riding with her nd her friend)
went south into the wallarah national park and round the coastal walk .. stopped a few times to watch whales

felt fretty dodge most off the way couldnt really get into it .. didnt help that i had to stop and try and loosen my shoe ... was hopeing it would help the numb foot issue.. i was wrong shall try it even looser next time

ooo also got attacked by a dog .... it came sprinting toward me growling but the owner was to busy yelling at the other dog that they didnt actually realise
