| think it was only round 20 mins that i lasted.... did the ankle on the way to 4 .. hobbled & sobbed my way to 5 where mr charlton looked at it .. possibly swore?? nd told me to stop... found my self a nice rock to catch some rays on :D

| pretty sure i got absolutly slaughtered in the multiple choice in my PE exam .... not happy jan !!
the only easy Q in the whole thing was continuous training, interval training and circuit training are all examples of a) Aerobic training b) flexibility training c) strength training d) warm up/cool down training teachers werent all that happy with alot of the Q's though ... there was one where all the possible answers werent true???? | ||

| had its ups and downs
1 was heaps slow trying to get into the whole lack of tracks thing then pulled up a gully to early think i thought it wasnt the right one but stuffed around anyway??? next 6 were good then i think the lack of sleep the sore feet nd the not much breakfast thing caught up with me ... took i think it was 10 and 15 heaps slow... coz they were in the green and wasnt in the moood to stuff around in there lol was really good course though thanks Russell !!! | ||
