was keep to try a run this arvo but yucky weather killed that plan (lame excuse i know)
another physio this morning nothing to exciting to say bout it though

felt like i could push myself more .. slightly annoying when they do a 7 min mountain and i cant get out of the saddle... should be able to next week though

10 mins jogging on mini tramp (hell of a lot more tiring then it seems and also quite boring
5 min on the wobble board
5 mins of just stretching

(+ a grad mass during the day but it doesnt count and a stack of exams )

busy busy afternoon
got home did 1 hr of home work ... then got ready then left again ... went to tutoring dont think barry was to happy .. left early and told him i would most likeyly be late for the next 2 week :S
then went out for dinner with my tutor group :D fungure the other day that as tutor group rep should organise some sort of out of school gathering :D was heaps heaps good though ... except the sleezy/ creepy waiter that kept trying to make jokes and crack onto people .. then drove my self home and went to bed..
long story short didnt really get round to much today ankle wise

another physio sesh ...... getting a bit over his "massaging" it hurts
said hed let me know if i could try a little run on the weekend (he said only 1km but guess u gotta start somewhere) but also said it is progressing pretty well
