went for a ride after finishing all of my Engineering homework (even though i still have to finish all of my maths homework) felt good stopped at the top of one of the hills to have a drink put thats the only time that i stoped.

ran horribly walked a fair bit went to the end of the beach and back. on the way back i decided that i had to cant up to tamara so i ran for that and then got a stich and started walking again
