felt pretty good. mighty cold. rather eventfull. their was a person on a motorbike going heaps over the speed limit that was accompanied by a guy on a skatebaord that was holding on. and then on the way home some hecktic 12 year old's on scooters and bmx's decieded that they wanted to chase me.

putting out and getting controls
put out the blue and green controls with mum. but due to someones (mums) mistake yesterday it meant that we were missing a control and didn't realise so i had to run back to the car get a control and race back out to but it on the course.

colecting controls was pretty bad because it meant that all the tracks where even more muddy than this morning because they had, had lots of motorbikes, 4wd's and runners on them.

pretty bad. legs are hurting for some reason even though i streched lots.

pretty much did part of the 10km caves beach x-country course. realy realy realy muddy and wet but mighty fun. didnt get rained on which was good. hoping that it doesnt rain too much more before sundays newcatle event.

everyone should come to cross-country this week because it is in the most awsome part of the world ever.

felt realy good. sue (owner of the gym) caught up to me so i stayed with her for the rest of the course. chest felt realy good considering the fact that i forgot to take a puffer with me. heaps better than the last x-country i did.

felt realy good. wanted to get under the 20 mins but screwed up a cuple of controls

better than yesterday. was running heaps better and navigating a little better than yesterday

went and got some of the orange controls. ended up finding josh tam rob and alex when i droped my controls off.

didnt feel too bad made a few mitakes. should have got under the hour if it wasnt for them.

taging sites for our event at killingworth. pretty good not much running because mum made me go with her. mostly on tracks with the green and blue corses
