pretty boring did sprints for what felt like ages but was only 1/2 an hour.

went 4 a run with tazza. started off realy stiff but after i got going felt realy good. i dont actualy know where we went 2 but it wasn't exactly flat

sugar loaf. went because i didnt have soccer
didn't feel too bad but my left calf was realy tight

went for a ride to the the belmont airport came back and went past home and went south for a bit

felt like i was running fine but i navigated like crap

i proply need to look at my compass more often because i kept on heading down the wrong way on the tracks

pairs relay. got put with Michele and we came second out of the juniors
but i recon that the winners (liam and lewis) shouldn't have been in the junior race cause liam is 20

but i felt good even though i ripped my shirt and shorts on a fence

felt good for the first few controls but at number 6 started to feel a bit sick so continued not nowing if the 8th mark was on top of the cliff or at the bottom. after a bit thought this is crap and decided to bail.
