sort of with tamara. did the same loop as mum and tamara did the other day pretty fast and steep. felt realy good got a bit of a stich about half way but that wasn't too bad.

realy realy realy bad. not sure what was wring just couldn't move. felt my legs going up hills (probly didn't strech enough). navigation wasnt great but wasnt the worst

most stupid desision ever to go for this ride.realy realy hard work not to mention it was WINDY like so windy, 400 windies. on the way home it wasnt too bad but you could still feel the wind

wasnt too bad. if i had remembered my shoe innersouls than it probly would have been better but oh well. felt pretty good at the start but got progressivly worse as the run went on.

had subway for the first time since schools last year, wasnt quite as bad. been pretty lazy this week was going to go for a run today but got hame late after parent teacher interviews.

not the greatest. navigated pretty well but running just wasn't working for me. navigation was realy easy

probly could have got all of them but bad route choice to start with and then a bit slow. felt pretty good though
