first time i have gone for a run in the bush for a while so i was a little bit slow. no major mistakes but lots of little ones.

pretty sure this was the longest run that i have been on in about a bazillion years.felt pretty good just did the southern part of the long Caves Beach cross country. not much happened

really really windy. it took me 30 mins to go out and about 13 to come back. felt pretty good.
