felt realy good. sue (owner of the gym) caught up to me so i stayed with her for the rest of the course. chest felt realy good considering the fact that i forgot to take a puffer with me. heaps better than the last x-country i did.

just a short ride. cold and dark but pretty good. legs felt pretty good once they got moving.

mum's not fealing too good so i took her spot. felt pretty good bit tired by the end. lots of fast stuff.

felt realy good. wanted to get under the 20 mins but screwed up a cuple of controls

better than yesterday. was running heaps better and navigating a little better than yesterday

went and got some of the orange controls. ended up finding josh tam rob and alex when i droped my controls off.
