Knee was slightly sore after ~8 minutes. Definitely feels better than it did a week ago.
Note
Saw the doctor this morning about the IT band. He confirmed that that is probably what it is, but there is some tenderness in my lower back which he said is probably unrelated. Anyway, I got some stretches for it, so I think it should be fine soon.
