| Had no energy. I guess I shouldn't have gone swimming yesterday. Anyway, we played a better team than us and we lost. I was happy with the way a lot of people played, in particular that there was comparatively less unwarranted violence than usual. Nevertheless, the people who always complain about how the team plays complained as usual, and now I have a sour taste in my mouth. |

| IM playoffs with Bexley. Won 3-2, though in my mind it was 3-0 since their goals were off free kicks that shouldn't have been called. Scored one.
Soccer is certainly a good workout, but it's so different from running that I doubt its direct applicability. Better than nothing, though. |

| Blue course at the NEOC club champs at Breakheart Reservation. Screwed up the 13th control badly, other than that no major errors. Could have been maybe 85 minutes, but not any faster. No quad or arch problems. |
