Saturday Dec 31

running (road) 21:00 [3] 2.49 mi (8:25 / mi)
ahr:160 max:174 rhr:57 slept:9.0 weight:165lbs shoes: asics gel-landreth II
Polk-Clifton-Glascock-Brookside-Wautauga-Polk. Arches were feeling fine, maybe I overstretched them afterwards, though.

Thursday Dec 29

running (road) 19:00 [3] 2.31 mi (8:14 / mi)
slept:10.0 shoes: asics gel-landreth II
Polk to Clifton via Person, back along Clifton, cutting across to Wautauga via Glascock and back along Wautauga to Polk. Felt pretty out of shape again, of course. Arches ok.

Wednesday Dec 28

running (road) 19:00 [3] 2.12 mi (8:57 / mi)
slept:10.0 weight:164lbs shoes: asics gel-landreth II
Polk - Wautauga via Person, then back along Wautauga to Polk. Arches felt ok. I'm really out of shape. Need a new watch.

Tuesday Dec 20

running (road) 35:00 [2] 3.78 mi (9:15 / mi)
slept:9.0 shoes: asics gel-landreth II
Science Museum loop 3pm. ~Freezing and a little windy. Not exactly sure about the time since my watch strap broke a while ago and while holding my watch in my hand I managed to stop it. Don't buy watches with molded straps.

After a month and a half of no running, my muscles are more or less gone. In the time since I last logged anything, my arches have been ok but they definitely aren't back to normal. Didn't really have problems today, though. I stretched out my calves pretty well before and after.
