Longfellow-BU loop. Tried to keep my cadence up, so I ended up running a bit faster than usual. Wore the extra insoles, which felt good. Arches were no problem at all. Dark, warm, still, 5:15PM.

I've decided to log strength as a 1 intensity since I don't know how to log it against cardio exercise, and I pretty much don't use 1 anyway.

Tried some of Boris' stretching(?)/strength exercises after an easy elliptical session. I don't feel like they stretched much. Maybe I'm not doing them right.

DWR after dinner. Weight is also post-dinner. Left thigh still a bit sore from the hit last week, left ankle fairly weak, arches feel pretty good.

I got some new insoles for the soccer game on Sunday and decided they felt better than my regular shoes, so now I'm wearing the insoles in my regular shoes. I think it probably helps with the arches.

Indoor league with the grad student club team. Won 6-0, 1 goal, 1 maybe 2 assists. Left ankle feels bad, I guess I've been playing too much soccer lately. Also, left elbow feels like there's a sore tendon. Arches fine.

Science Museum loop. My right arch was a bit tight at the outset but warmed up by the time I got to longfellow. Then about 15 minutes into the run it gave a couple quick shots of pain, so I stretched my calf and continued on the grass where possible. It was fine after that.
