| DWR after dinner. Weight is also post-dinner. Left thigh still a bit sore from the hit last week, left ankle fairly weak, arches feel pretty good.
I got some new insoles for the soccer game on Sunday and decided they felt better than my regular shoes, so now I'm wearing the insoles in my regular shoes. I think it probably helps with the arches. |

| Science Museum loop. My right arch was a bit tight at the outset but warmed up by the time I got to longfellow. Then about 15 minutes into the run it gave a couple quick shots of pain, so I stretched my calf and continued on the grass where possible. It was fine after that. |
