| NEOC meet at Breakheart Reservation. Cold, windy, raining. I don't know if that contributed to it, but lots of little mistakes were made.
I guess I lied about the ankle being ok. It still hurts a bit, particularly when I almost roll it again and again. I think I'll give it a day off tomorrow, a light day monday, another day off tuesday, park-o wednesday, and we'll see how it is then. | ||

| A beautiful but windy day. Took the first and last 1600 10-15 sec faster than the middle two.
Left ankle is feeling better. I'm not quite sure what's wrong with it, but it feels like I almost rolled it (which I did, a couple of times). Anyway, it felt better when I got up this morning and didn't hurt while running. | ||

| West Point day 2 Red Y. A fun course. I navigated cleanly, with only some very minor mistakes that I corrected for quickly. Some bad route choice, and the uphills killed me, but I was pleased with my time. | ||
