A recent Bexley grad is in town for the weekend so we played some pick-up on the grass. I probably took myself off the injury list a bit too fast, since my right arch hurt (more than I can remember it hurting before) within minutes of changing into cleats. I stretched it out and a minute or two later, something just released and it was fine. Not the first time that's happened, either.

Across the Harvard bridge to Marlborough, down Marlborough to the public gardens, then over to beacon hill, back across Longfellow, and home.

I've had kind of a dry throat/sinus and general fatigue for the past couple of days, so I didn't do the 3x1mi intervals that were on the schedule. Hopefully I'll be feeling fine tomorrow and I'll just bump the schedule back by a day.

376 cal. Mix of incline/resistance. Was going to run long today, but I walked up to Harvard square yesterday in some bad shoes, so I didn't want to reinjure my arches. If my feet are feeling good tomorrow I'll do the long run then.
