| A recent Bexley grad is in town for the weekend so we played some pick-up on the grass. I probably took myself off the injury list a bit too fast, since my right arch hurt (more than I can remember it hurting before) within minutes of changing into cleats. I stretched it out and a minute or two later, something just released and it was fine. Not the first time that's happened, either. | ||

I've had kind of a dry throat/sinus and general fatigue for the past couple of days, so I didn't do the 3x1mi intervals that were on the schedule. Hopefully I'll be feeling fine tomorrow and I'll just bump the schedule back by a day. | ||
